Prodigy Boy Management LLC, recently completed a luxury vinyl plank installation project in Montgomery, AL for a homeowner who wanted a modern look and the larger plank option for its appearance. The client chose Cairo Oaks LVP because it closely mimics the look of a real hardwood floor while offering the aesthetic they wanted.

For this flooring project we installed the Cairo Oaks LVP across the designated rooms, focusing on the larger plank format the customer requested. The wider planks create long, clean lines that help achieve a contemporary, open feel in the space, which was the main design goal.

To address sound and walking comfort, the floor was installed over acoustical underlayment. This underlayment was selected to reduce footstep noise and provide a quieter walking surface than installing the planks directly over the subfloor.
